Kуіv Passenger Service Will Be Privatized On March 4, 2020

The 99,9906% stake in Kуіv Passenger Service, JSC shares owned by the Ukrainian state is offered for the privatization auction that will be held on March 4, 2020.

Kуіv Passenger Service, JSC owns 24 bus stations (6 in Kyiv and 18 in Kуіv region) and provides services to carriers and passengers.
Only the 6 bus stations with logistically convenient locations in Kуіv have 6 252 sq.m. of real-estate and 49 881 sq.m. of land area in total. Part of the bus station premises (535 sq.m) and part of the asphalt platforms (1 105 sq.m.) are rented by 3 rd party service providers.

The enterprise had an income of UAH 47M (from which UAH 20M for the services to passengers, UAH 10M for the services to carriers, UAH 6M for the rent) in 2018.
